Founded in 1984, South Carolina MENTOR is a leading home- and community-based human services provider. We offer programs to youth of all ages with emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex needs. Our innovative programs are designed with the belief that people of all abilities are capable of flourishing in the communities that they call home.

Our services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities emphasize community integration, choice, and goal-setting for the individuals we serve.	Our Appropriate Response Program focuses on keeping families intact and provides support services to help children of all ages address behavioral challenges.
